Molly's Chamber would like to welcome you to our forum. Whether you're a fan, friend, or just curious about the band we hope you enjoy your time here.
Alright, a little bit about the band.
The band lives in the Alamogordo/Tularosa Basin area of New Mexico. The performing part of the band consists of 4 members, the rest of the band includes a Sound Engineer & a Manager/PR & Event Coordinator. Our line up is as follows:
Chris - Drums & Percussion
Ekki - Bass Guitar
Glenn - Rythm/Lead Guitar
Matt - Rythm/Lead Guitar & Vocals
Jason - Sound Engineer
April - Manager/PR & Event Coordinator
Our webiste can be found at
www.mollyschamber.com
We can also be found on MySpace, Facebook & YouTube (links on website).
Glenn and I have known each other for years, but had never really played seriously together in a band setting. We met JC early in 2009 and together we all decided to get something going and see what we could do together. JC and I then met and jammed with Chris on 27 May 2009. Even though Glenn was away on a business trip at the time, at this point we really became a band. We've had several people help us out in the sound engineer department. In October 2009 Jason joined the band and has been our "sound guy" ever since. And we have to say he's most excellent at what he does. We've never seen a sound engineer as passionate about his craft as Jason is! April has provided support to the band since the beginning doing everything from buying goodies/givaways for our gigs, to making banners, to even buying us a refridgerator for our practice spot! She became our Manager and PR dudette pretty much whether she wanted the job or not. She's taken good care of us and we're extremely grateful she agreed to act as manager for us.
We play a wide range of rock tunes old and new. From Classic Rock to Heavy Metal, Southern Rock to Thrash/Power metal, we cover a fairly wide range of styles and bands. Originals will be added to the mix along the way as well.
As a band we simply want to have fun doing what we love, rock our audience hard, and help people have a great time listening to great music.
Looking forward to seeing all of you in the crowd!
Matt
